Returns & Exchanges

Order Cancellations:

We accept order cancellations up to 12 hours after purchase. Your order will be cancelled and refunded to your original form of payment. After 12 hours, all order items are immediately moved to production and in-stock styles are processed for shipment. Thereafter, we are not able to issue refunds/cancellations of any kind. 

Please note that we will not be able to cancel an order if  the order was already shipped.

Returns/Exchanges:

Please allow up to 6-14 business days for our team to process it once it's received at our facilities.  We thank you for your support, understanding, and extended patience! Note that if the product sent to the customer is the same as the product purchased by the customer when placing the order, it does not support other reasons for replacement, such as changing products of other styles or colors.

Returns:

For international orders, you may send your order back to Fouramazingtea and contact us : fouramazingtea@gmail.com, Please state the reason for the return in the email and we will review it. And you will get a refund, minus the cost of shipping.Your return requires acceptance by us and items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will get your refund only after we have received the item and checked its condition

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of  the delivery of  your order. Please include your order number as a reference.

Note that we do not include shipping fees in your refund.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee upon receipt of the product to ensure you have the best possible experience.

 

If the article does not satisfy you, contact us immediately and we will solve your problem!

 

We do not accept returns after the 14 day period of receipt of the goods, so contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if requested!

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

 

Simply send us an email at fouramazingtea@gmail.com with your order number.The email contains photos of all parts of the product and the reasons of return.Your return requires acceptance by us and items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

Orders to be refunded must have been received and / or returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the product. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer who will have to send the goods to our warehouse.

 

(Refunds processing can take up to 5 days depending on the credit institution).

 

The returned product must be intact and sealed.

 

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

 

The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are charged to the customer.

 

IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?

 

If you have received defective, incorrect and / or damaged goods, please contact us within 3 days of  receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and all references related to receiving your package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

Please note* for all damaged orders we will send a new product at our expense.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify your order at fouramazingtea.com  Orders to be refunded must have been received and / or returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the product. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer who will have to send the goods to our warehouse.

 

If you want to make a return or receive a refund, remember to include the order number and the change you want to make in the email, you will always receive confirmation of the operation by email. Orders that have already been packed, shipped or not yet received cannot be modified or canceled until the moment of receipt. Your return requires acceptance by us and items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special order or personalized items). Returns are not accepted if the item has already been used. Scented tea and tea products cannot be returned if the product packaging has been opened.
